Shipping and Returns


All orders are processed and packed by myself. Currently we ship to Canada and United States. Items are shipped out within 1-3 business days after payment. 

Canada Post Lettermail - Estimated 2 to 7 business days. Monday through Friday delivery. $5 per item. Items over a certain price are not shipped lettermail. Due to how Shopify works, if you would like lettermail, please message us to discuss.

Lettermail (1 item) - $5

*Lettermail shipping days are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Time in transit does not account for bad weather, holidays, natural disaster, etc

*Lettermail works for games that are disc based. Game is placed within padded envelope.


Canada Post Flat rate - Prices for those are ($24sm, $28md, $34lg). These prices do change based on Canada Post. 

A small flat rate box can typically hold about 6-7 DVD cases, handheld systems, etc

These are great for shipping multiple items in and typically have faster shipping times.

Canada Post Item by weight - Items are charged by weight. Calculated using shipping address.

Canada Post USA Letter-post/Air - Estimated 4 to 8 business days. Monday through Friday delivery. $13 - No Tracking

Regular Post will be determined on purchase.


If there is a mistake in shipping price

*Shipping prices are set by Canada Post. If a price isn't correct, it will be updated before the item is sent. In the case that shipping is wrong, you will be notified, you have the option to pay the remaining or cancel. 

One reason for this, is that Shopify doesn't account for multiple items. Sometimes allowing buyers to buy 5 items and select "Lettermail" for $5, which is not possible. Typically, with a site like ebay, buyers would be charged lettermail for all 5 items, with an option to merge shipping to reduce the price.

Issues with your address or "return to sending"

The address that you enter into Shopify is the address that is used to ship your item. If the address is wrong the item will be returned to sender by Canada Post or will be shipped to the wrong address. The shipping cost will not be returned. If shipping is needed again, additional shipping will be charged.

If you put the wrong address into Shopify, we will not be responsible for the lost product if we used the address that you had entered. 

If Canada Post, can not deliver the item within 10-15 days, the item will be "returned to sender". Please keep track of your item once shipped, as once the item is "returned to sender" by Canada Post, it can not be delivered to the buyer. The shipping cost will not be returned, and additional shipping would need to be charged to ship again.


All hardware items are tested before leaving my storage location. If you have any concern before purchasing, please contact us. Any issue is put within the description of the items including, wear, damage, missing pieces, etc.
